Serenity Prayer, The Service Prayer was read.  The 12 Traditions were read.  The 12 Concepts for Service were read.

Opening Roll Call: Quorum was calculated from 27 voting members of EANA to be 50% plus 1 or 11 voting members.

There were 16 of 26 voting members present.  Quorum was met.
